The Discovery Mind School Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Jackson as the new Head of Discovery Mind (Kindergarten and Primary Sections), effective August 2025.
Christopher is a familiar face in our community, having served as Vice Principal at Discovery Mind from 2016 to 2019. He brings over 20 years of experience in international education, including a decade within Hong Kong’s international school sector. As Founding Principal of Invictus School Hong Kong, he successfully established and led both its Kindergarten and Primary sections, later serving as Interim Principal of the Secondary School – demonstrating his expertise across all stages of learning.
In a statement, the Board shared: “We are thrilled to welcome Christopher back to Discovery Mind. His deep understanding of our school’s core values, culture, and community – combined with his strong leadership experience – positions him to lead our next chapter with purpose and vision. We are confident that his commitment to educational excellence, inclusive practices, and teacher development will continue to strengthen our school and help every student thrive.” Christopher is passionate about creating a learning environment where every child feels challenged, supported, and inspired to grow. He believes in the power of collaboration – among educators, families, and the wider community – to nurture confident, capable learners. We look forward to the continued growth of Discovery Mind under his leadership.
